CartTycoon is a virtual shopping game. No real products are shipped. No real money is charged during virtual checkout. Credits, rewards, products, deliveries, waitlists and the Plus Pass are virtual game mechanics only.

CartTycoon uses your browser's localStorage for necessary game functionality only. There are no analytics or marketing cookies.

1. What we store, and why

CartTycoon uses localStorage — a standard browser feature — to save your game on your own device. It is strictly necessary for the game to work between visits. It stores:

virtual credits and transactions
haul/inventory
cart and wishlist
orders and CartRunner tracking state
streaks and daily missions
waitlists and savings goals
onboarding state
Plus Pass state
Lucky Wheel state and Shopping Rush results
recently viewed products

2. No tracking

No non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are used, unless explicitly added later. If analytics or ads are ever added in the future, this page will be updated and proper consent will be implemented where required.

3. How to clear localStorage

You can clear CartTycoon's stored data at any time via your browser settings → privacy / site settings → clear site data for carttycoon.com (in most browsers this is also available from the padlock/tune icon next to the address bar).

Warning: clearing data will reset all virtual progress — including credits, haul, streaks, goals, waitlists and Plus Pass. There is currently no account system to restore it.
