CartTycoon is a virtual shopping game.You browse a fictional catalog, buy items with virtual credits, build a virtual collection ("My Haul"), play game modes and chase virtual dream items. It exists to satisfy shopping cravings in a fun, harmless way.

No real products are shipped. No real money is charged during virtual checkout.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

Every product, price, discount, review, rating, seller, delivery and stock level in CartTycoon is fictional and part of the game. The checkout is a virtual checkout: completing it deducts virtual credits and adds virtual items to My Haul. No real order is placed with anyone, no real shipping address is collected, and nothing physical is produced or delivered.

Virtual credits, products, rewards and deliveries have no real-world cash value.

You cannot withdraw, cash out, redeem or exchange credits or virtual items for money — or for real goods, services or anything of real-world value. Credits are earned and spent only inside the game. Selling, buying or trading credits or virtual items for real money outside the game is not supported and is prohibited.

The Lucky Wheel, daily streak rewards, missions, Shopping Rush scores, savings goals and waitlists are game mechanics only.

Lucky Wheel prizes are virtual game rewards only. No cash prizes. No real-money gambling. Spins never cost real money, prizes are never real money or real goods, and nothing can be cashed out or redeemed.

Waitlists are virtual game mechanics — joining a waitlist does not reserve, order or ship any real product.

CartRunner is a fictional simulated courier. Tracking pages, route maps, delivery steps and delivery times are entertainment. Nothing is picked up, transported or delivered in the real world.

CartTycoon Plus Pass is currently paid with virtual credits only. No real-money subscription is charged. The Plus Pass is an in-game membership: activating or extending it deducts virtual credits and unlocks in-game benefits for a limited in-game period. It is not a real subscription, it does not renew against any payment method, and no payment details are collected.

We may change virtual prices, rewards, products, drop rates, credit balance rules, features and availability at any time, including rebalancing or resetting parts of the game economy, without notice or compensation. Virtual items and credits are features of the game, not property.

CartTycoon is in beta. Bugs, data loss, display errors, balance issues and downtime may occur. Most progress is stored locally in your browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared (see the Privacy Policy and Cookie & LocalStorage Notice).

• Use CartTycoon for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Do not attempt to exploit bugs to disrupt the service for others.
• Do not misrepresent CartTycoon as a real store, marketplace or delivery service.
• You are responsible for the device and browser you use to play.

• Selling or buying virtual credits or items for real money.
• Using the service for any real-money gambling or wagering activity.
• Scraping, copying or redistributing the catalog, imagery or code beyond what the law permits.
• Attacking, overloading or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Using CartTycoon in any way that violates applicable law.

The CartTycoon name, logo, interface, game systems, product catalog, generated imagery and text are owned by MDM Koncept or its licensors. All brands and products inside the game are fictional; any resemblance to real brands is unintentional. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for entertainment.

CartTycoon is not intended for children under 16.

CartTycoon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free — to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MDM Koncept is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the loss of virtual credits, virtual items or game progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when new features launch (such as accounts or real payments, which do not exist today). The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
